"Bargain with an AI (and fail)" is an entertainment game where you attempt to negotiate with an AI that is programmed to always refuse. The Game is provided for entertainment purposes only.
Important: The AI will never agree to anything. That's the point. Don't take it personally.
The AI characters are fictional personas created for comedic effect. All responses are generated by AI and may be absurd, sarcastic, or playfully dismissive. Nothing in this game constitutes advice of any kind (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

By submitting messages to the AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your submissions (in anonymized form) on our leaderboard and for promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
The Game, including its design, code, AI personalities, and content, is owned by Syntharé and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
The AI responses are generated by third-party AI systems and may occasionally produce unexpected results. We are not responsible for any AI-generated content.
All AI responses are generated in real-time by third-party AI systems (Claude by Anthropic, GPT by OpenAI). These responses:
We implement content filters and safety guidelines, but no AI system is perfect. If you encounter content that you find genuinely harmful or inappropriate, please use the in-game report button or contact us at hello@synthare.com.
Syntharé is not liable for any AI-generated content, including content that may be perceived as offensive, hurtful, or inappropriate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTHARÉ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
Our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD. (Which is more than you'll get from the AI, by the way.)
We implement rate limiting to ensure fair access for all users. After completing a game session, you may need to wait before playing again. We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for users who abuse the system.
The Game uses third-party service providers for hosting, data storage, and AI functionality. Your use of the Game is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
